Transformer

Once I got home I notice how the V of the transformers echo the the shape of the tree in the background. I may have to go back and shoot this again standing maybe 3 meters to the right.

Awning

I like how this old awning seems to be casting a different shadow from itself.

Park Place

Discovered a road downtown — “Park Place” — that I never noticed before. It is dual carriageway with a wide green median. It goes one black and ends at a railroad track and a couple industrial buildings. No park to be seen. I have to wonder if this was one time a nice residential street.

Early Morning Sun

My basement has small glass block windows on the south side of the house. It turns out that (Indiana Jones style) there are a few minutes in the morning in early November that the sun finds a gap between trees and neighbors’ houses and shines through one of these windows onto my work table.

Pipes

This morning poking around the edges of the old/new Red Cedar Golf Course/Project. Some of the photos are taken over the top of the security fence using a small step ladder. Others are appear to part of the city of East Lansing sewer work.

Early in the morning all the pipes come down to watering hole to drink their fill before the workman arrive.
Get haircut, beatnik!
