Preheat the oven to 350° F
Melt in a skillet:
2/3 | stick of butter |

Add, stirring often till the mushrooms turn very dark and absorbs all the butter:
1/2 | pound finely chopped mushrooms |

1/2 | teaspoon salt |
1/4 | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Remove from the heat and stir in:
3/4 | cups bread crumbs |

1/4 | teaspoon nutmeg |
Divide equally and stuff:
4 | chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved |

Place chicken, seam side down, in a shallow baking pan. Cover with:
3/4 | cups bread crumbs |

1 | cup heavy cream |
Bake for 30 minutes until chicken is lightly brown.
